Emphasized to Show Unity Among all Private & Urban Colonies of Gurgaon
GURUGRAM : A Programme to celebrate Baishakhi festival was organized on 14Th April 2017 by Dr A. k Nagpaul, President , Sushant Lok Welfare Association together with Mr.Vinod Dhaiya (President Greenwood City A block RWA),Mr. Mohit Malik(President A block Sushant Lok RWA),Mr. Atul Chauhan (President D Block RWA),Mr. Bijendra Singh((President E- Block RWA),Mr. Tel Singh (President Vyapar Kendra Shopkeepers Association),Mr. Arun khatter(President Super Mart 1&2 Condominium),Mr.Neeraj Yadav President Galleria Condominium Association,CA Vinod Yadav(President Sec-44 Welfare Association),Mr. R D Yadav (President Sec-45 welfare Association), Mr. KK Yadav Nambardar ,Kanhai Village under the Patronage & Leadership of Rshmi Khetrapal, a renowned Chartered Accountant and Social Worker of Gurugram.
Rshmi Khetrapal emphasized that since all the private & urban colonies of new Gurgaon has common problems and issues, it is important to unite & show the strength of unity, which can easily achievable by celebrating festivals together and also help in promoting & maintaining India’s rich cultural heritage.
Mr Dasaur, Teasurer, SLRWA, highlighted that the Programme was first of its kind which not only brought 11 different associations together but also showed the rich culture of India, with various dance performances like Kathak, Bengali Dance, Bhangra, Gidda, Haryanvai Dance etc.
The Dance performances were sponsored by Haryana Punjabi Sahitya Academy.
The event was well attended by more than 500 guests with special appearance of Sh. Deep Bhatia(Executive Vice President of Haryana Sports Council headed by the Hon’ble chief Minister of Haryana ),Sh. Suraj Pal Amu (Official Spoke’s person of BJP Haryana & President of Football Association of Haryana),Sh. Mahender Kakkad(A renowned theater director, story writer and actor of Gurugram )Smt. Rama Pandey( TV Anchor and journalist), Smt. Babita Karara(President, BJP Distt Mahila Morcha ), Smt. Meenashki Rishi (social Worker with RSS),Smt Seema Gumbar(Social Activist Working on Beti Padao Beti Bachao).
Where Sh.Deep Bhatia emphasized the importance of sports in today’s youth and his efforts in improving sports facilities for the children of Haryana there Sh. Surajpal Amu also sanctioned Rs 1 lakh grant for the development a football ground for the children in C- Block Sushant Lok Phase-1, Gurugram.
The programme concluded with the vote of thanks by Smt Santosh Mor, Vice President SLRWA with much appreciation and gratitude to Rshmi Khetrapal, for highlighting the need of a football ground for the children of Sushant Lok and having it approved from Sh Suraj Pal Amu Ji.
