Goyal on this occasion inspected the kitchen and expressed satisfaction over the food being provided in the jail.
The Special Monitor also took information about the arrangements from the doctors present in the jail and also instructed to regularly check the health of all the prisoners. During this, he visited the old age home located in village Mandawar of Sohna block and took stock of the services and facilities being provided there. Goyal told the officials associated with the operation of the old age home that these are the people who have not been accepted by their families. Amidst increasing materialism and shrinking relationships, there are many elderly people who are forced to live a helpless life despite having a happy family. In such a situation, try to give them shelter in old age homes with respect.
