Gurugram : With the aim of ensuring transparency in various government services being provided at all CSC centers of the district and to make the specified class aware of the welfare schemes of the Central and State Government, DC Ajay Kumar has given instructions to put up common branding and rate list at all the centers.
DC Ajay Kumar said that CSC centers have been established for the convenience of the citizens to avail the benefits of essential services like marriage registration, residential certificate, BC, OBC certificate, family identity card and other services. For this, government fees have been fixed by the government. In such a situation, it is mandatory to put up rate list at all the centers so that all the citizens of the district can take advantage of various government services in a timely manner under the prescribed fees.
CSC District Manager Vikas Punia said that CSC centers have been opened in every village to take the benefits of the government’s Antyodaya upliftment schemes to every household. He informed that if any CSC operator is found operating a centre at any place other than his village or ward, then the licence of that centre will be cancelled with immediate effect. He informed that as per the instructions issued by the district administration, physical verification will be done at all CSC centres. During this, if branding and service chart rates are not found at any centre, then strict action will be taken against the concerned centre as per the rules.
