Sanskrit Day Celebration Motivates LPS Students to be Well Verse in Sanskrit

Gurugram : Lions Public School Sector 10A Gurugram dedicated a day for Sanskrit Language to appraise the learners about the world’s oldest language, its beauty & relation to our culture. Chahat Yadav a student of the school skillfully handled the stage with her Sanskrit oratory skills. The show began with Sanskrit Shalokas by Class VI students.

In the programe students of Class VII presented a Sanskrit skit ‘izd`fr fg je.kh;k ,”kk* Meaning ‘Nature is the most beautiful of all’. It was a good learning event for all children.
A beautiful poem in Sanskrit sang by the student of Class VIII was enjoyed by everyone. He proved his linguistics efficiency well.The programe was made successfull by the co operation of all Hindi / Sanskrit teachers .

Rajiv Kumar , Manager of LPS was overwhelmed to see the interest of students in this language. He explained the students about the importance of this language & motivated them to be well versed in it for their future. He said that Sanskrit is the only language that has scientific base and is the mother of all languages. It strengthens our culture and ethos of hindu mythology and enlightens the all religions of the world.

Sr. Principal ,Dr Neelima Prakash motivated the students to learn this language as this helps in sharpening the brain . She said that all our ancient books and scriptures are primarily written in this language. She informed the students that on the Raksha Bandhan day Sanskrit day is celebrated. Sanskrit is the mother of all languages.
Principal, Renu Verma appreciated the children who had put up the show & motivated to use this language.

Vice Principal, Indu Kaushik said that we can succeed only if we are proud of our language & culture. We should take this language to the world.

The celebration was attended by Co-Ordinator Kiran Bala, Deputy Co-Ordinator Anita Wadhwa, Sanskrit HOD Raj Verma along with other teachers.
