New Delhi : India has strongly condemned Pakistan’s airstrikes on Afghan territory, which reportedly resulted in multiple civilian casualties, including women and children. New Delhi described the strikes as a serious violation of Afghanistan’s sovereignty and a direct threat to peace and stability in the region.

In the statement released by the Official Spokesperson of Ministry of External Affairs, Randhir Jaiswal , India said the incident reflects what it called a continuing pattern of reckless behaviour and accused Pakistan of attempting to externalise its internal challenges through violent actions beyond its borders.

India also expressed condolences to the families of those killed in the attacks in Afghanistan and wished a speedy recovery for the injured. Reaffirming its position, New Delhi reiterated its unwavering support for Afghanistan’s sovereignty and territorial integrity, and stressed the importance of regional peace and stability.
