Nitin Nabin targets political opponents over their reaction to electoral defeat, says the people of West Bengal have already delivered their verdict.

Kolkata : BJP National President Nitin Nabin participated in the ‘Save Democracy, Remove Anarchy’ (Save Democracy, Remove Anarchy) March in Kolkata, where he addressed party workers and supporters.

Speaking during the march, Nabin said that the phase of what he described as anarchy in Kolkata had come to an end, but alleged that some political leaders were still unable to come to terms with their defeat.

Referring to the gathering at Delhi’s Ramlila Maidan a day earlier, he claimed that opposition leaders were expressing frustration over their electoral loss.

Nabin further said that the people of the country would respond to these political forces in the same manner as the people of West Bengal had done. His remarks were directed at political opponents whom he accused of remaining frustrated after their defeat.

The march, held under the banner #SaveDemocracyRemoveAnarchy, was part of the BJP’s political outreach in Kolkata.
