Gurugram : Engineer Hoshiar Singh, Executive Engineer (CBO) and Senior Grievance Redressal Authority (SGRA) at the Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam (DHBVN), has been honored by Asim Kumar Ghosh, the Honorable Governor of Haryana, for his outstanding services during the financial year 2024–25.
The recognition was conferred at a समारोह held in Chandigarh on Thursday. In his role as SGRA, Engineer Hoshiar Singh demonstrated exceptional commitment by ensuring the timely and effective resolution of consumer grievances.
During his tenure with DHBVN from November 2024 to March 2026, he successfully addressed 476 electricity billing-related complaints. By conducting virtual hearings involving both complainants and concerned officials, he ensured not only the resolution of each case but also the satisfaction of the consumers.
Senior officials of DHBVN extended their congratulations on this achievement, noting that his dedication, professionalism, and strong sense of duty serve as a source of inspiration for others in the organization.
