ROTARY FRIENDSHIP EXCHANGE PROGRAM
GURUGRAM : A team of 13 Turks headed by Rtn. Aladeen, visited Rotary Public School, Sector – 22, Gurgaon for Rotary Friendship Exchange Program. The Friendship Exchange Program is a very fruitful initiative taken by Rotary International. In this Program, cultures and traditions are getting exchanged which is helpful to bind the nations.
The Turks are staying in Faridabad with the families of Rotarians. Host families take care of the comfort of the foreign dignitaries. In Rotary Public School, the guests were welcomed by the school management committee and were escorted by the senior member PDG Dr. Sushil Khurana, Chairman Rotary Club Gurgaon – Rotarian Dilip Grover, Rotarian Sanjay Jain, Rotarian O. P. Pahwa, Rotarian Rajneesh Sharma, P.D.G. Rotarian Deepak Talwar and other Rotarians from the Rotary Club.
The Turks observed and explored Indian Education system in their visit to the school campus. They interacted with students of the school. The members of Rotary International Club of India and Turkey also exchanged their flags. They enjoyed one meal together. The Turks were presented mementoes
