Haryana’s Under-14 Girls Football Team Created History, Registered a Spectacular Victory in the National Championship

Gurugram : Haryana’s Under-14 Girls Football Team has brought laurels to the state by registering a historic victory in the National Championship organized by the School Games Federation of India (SGFI) in Kolhapur, Maharashtra from 24 to 29 April.

The team performed brilliantly throughout the tournament, scoring a total of 38 goals and impressed everyone with its strong game. In the final match, Haryana defeated Kerala 5-0, which reflected the discipline, technical skills and amazing coordination of the team.

Many players contributed significantly to this unprecedented success of the team, including Nidhi, Revika and Kafi of Hisar, Priya and Khushboo of Alkapura village of Bhiwani, Devika of Ambala and Harika Singh Deswal of Gurugram.

This winning team of Haryana defeated CBSE All India team 12-0 in the quarter-finals, while in the semi-finals it won 2-1 against Jharkhand.

This success was possible with the guidance and blessings of District Education Officer (DEO) Captain Indu Boken Kasana, AEO Jagdish Ahlawat and coaching staff. AEO Jagdish Ahlawat congratulated the team on this historic achievement and said that this victory is a symbol of hard work, discipline and dedication of the players towards the state.

This achievement not only gives a new identity to Haryana in the field of sports, but will also become a source of inspiration for other players.
