Bharadwaj said that AAP MLA Sanjeev Jha had previously made a formal request to the Lieutenant Governor’s office seeking an appointment to discuss these pressing matters. However, according to him, Raj Niwas has not yet responded to or confirmed the request for a meeting.
The AAP leader also raised concerns regarding the functioning of the SS Mota Singh School Trust, alleging that the character of a minority institution was being compromised.
“LG must note how a minority institution is being compromised by illegally pushing political persons into the trust,” Bharadwaj said.
He further alleged that the department headed by Delhi Minister Rekha Gupta had not shared the Trust-related file, forcing the matter to reach the High Court.
“Because the department is not sharing the Trust file, the High Court has had to issue a writ,” he said.
