New Delhi : According to media reports amid the intensifying conflict in West Asia, Brad Cooper, head of U.S. Central Command, has stated that the United States has carried out extensive military operations against Iran, striking more than 10,000 targets since the onset of hostilities. He noted that the milestone 10,000th target was hit just hours ago, underscoring the scale and intensity of the campaign.

Media reports said that these coordinated strikes—many conducted in collaboration with Israel—have significantly degraded Iran’s military infrastructure, with nearly two-thirds of its weapons manufacturing facilities reportedly destroyed. He further claimed that Iran’s naval strength has suffered a devastating setback, with approximately 92% of its major vessels either damaged or destroyed, effectively crippling its maritime capabilities and limiting its strategic reach in the region, Cooper said .

Cooper also highlighted a sharp decline in Iran’s offensive capacity, stating that missile and drone attacks have reduced by nearly 90% since the beginning of the conflict, reflecting the effectiveness of sustained air and precision strikes. In addition, he revealed that a substantial portion of Iran’s defense production ecosystem—including missile and drone factories, as well as key shipyards—has been either severely damaged or completely eliminated.

Emphasizing that the military campaign is still ongoing, Cooper asserted that the United States remains committed to further operations aimed at dismantling Iran’s remaining arms production infrastructure, indicating that the conflict may continue as Washington pursues its broader strategic and security objectives in the region.
