New Delhi : Prime Minister Narendra Modi will undertake a visit to Kurukshetra, Haryana, on 25 November to participate in a series of important cultural and spiritual programmes.

At 1600 hrs, the Prime Minister will inaugurate ‘Panchjanya’, a newly constructed monument dedicated to the sacred conch of Lord Krishna. Following the inauguration, the Prime Minister will visit the Mahabharata Anubhav Kendra, an immersive experiential facility showcasing key episodes from the Mahabharata through thematic installations, underscoring the epic’s enduring cultural and spiritual relevance.

At 1630 hrs, the Prime Minister will participate in a special programme commemorating the 350th Shaheedi Diwas of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji, the revered ninth Sikh Guru. During the event, the Prime Minister will release a Special Coin and a Commemorative Postage Stamp to mark the occasion. He will also address the gathering. The Government of India is observing a year-long commemoration to honour the 350th Shaheedi Diwas of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji.

Later, at 1745 hrs, the Prime Minister will perform Darshan and Pooja at Brahma Sarovar, one of India’s most sacred pilgrimage sites, traditionally associated with the divine revelation of the Srimad Bhagavad Gita. The Prime Minister’s visit aligns with the ongoing International Gita Mahotsav, being held in Kurukshetra from 15 November to 5 December.
