Bareilly : A grand statue of Mother Ahilyabai Holkar was unveiled today at Pal Hostel located in Shastri Nagar, Bareilly. The chief guest of the program Prem Prakash Pal (retired PCS officer) and Shailendra Vikram Singh Pal, State President, Bharat Tibet Sahayog Manch Braj Province unveiled the statue. Hundreds of dignitaries of the society attended the Holi Milan function organized on this occasion.

The chief/special guests honored 23 meritorious students of high school-intermediate in this special function by garlanding them and presenting them with mementos. Three children who got gold medal/first position in a particular area and four senior citizens above 75 years were also honored. Assistant District Government Advocate Sarnam Singh Pal was honored for doing excellent work in the POCSO court.

Addressing the people present in the function, chief guest Prem Prakash Pal said that this entire year is dedicated as the 300th year of Mother Ahilyabai Holkar. It is the responsibility of all of us to spread the information about the life philosophy of Mata Ahilyabai and her incomparable contribution to the preservation of Indian culture. He said that some people live for others and become immortal, following this philosophy, Devi Ahilyabai dedicated her entire life to the nation. This is a matter of pride for all of us. We all should work for the welfare of the society, build the nation with the ideals, hard work, and piety of Mataeshwari Ahilyabai Holkar, only then will we be able to realize the dreams of the mother.

In the program, Braj province president of Bharat Tibet Sahayog Manch Shailendra Vikram said that on the auspicious occasion of Holi Milan, we should work to connect and unite with others and avoid pulling each other. He said that we should work to lift up by holding hands so that the name of the society is elevated. People should know from our work that we are the descendants of Mataeshwari Ahilyabai Holkar, who got the dilapidated temples in India renovated with her will power.

He said that in the present times, it is the fundamental responsibility of all of us to spread as little garbage as possible, reduce the use of plastic, so that the coming generations can have a bright future. He expressed gratitude while appreciating the contribution of the program coordinator Shivnath Pal that at the age of 78, his enthusiasm leaves the youth behind; Shailendra Vikram called him a source of inspiration.

The program was conducted by senior social worker Shivnath Pal and Chandrabhan Shastri. The details of the income and expenditure of the committee were presented by Minister Ramesh Chandra Baghel. The function was presided over by Ashok Pal.

Special guests in the program were Dr. S.L. Pal, Dr. Mahendra Singh Pal, Dr. A.P. Singh, Eng. Mahendra Kumar Pal (Executive Engineer PWD), Eng. Kaushal Kishore Baghel (Executive Engineer Water Corporation), Eng. Rakesh Pal (Assistant Engineer Irrigation Department) Suresh Kumar Pal (PCS) Dheeraj Singh Baghel (IRS), Eng. RSS Pal (Vice President, BJP Braj Region), Dr. Sangeeta Pal (Principal GGIC) Sunita Pal, Pramod Kumar Pal, Ashish Pal (BDO) Rakesh Pal, Captain Jhajan Lal Pal, Captain Rajaram Pal, Mohit Pal, JPS Pal, Indu Pal, Narayan Singh Pal, Shekhar Singh Pal, Mukesh Pal, Durga Prasad Pal, Karan Singh Pal and a large number of people from Pal community participated.
