Special Cleanliness drive Conducted at IFFCO Chowk, Message of Cleanliness Given

Gurugram : On the instructions of Municipal Corporation Gurugram Commissioner Ashok Kumar Garg, a special cleanliness drive was conducted in IFFCO Chowk and its surrounding areas under the supervision of Additional Municipal Commissioner Mahavir Prasad. Through this campaign, an effort was made to convey the message of cleanliness to the people.

The Additional Municipal Commissioner instructed the Senior Sanitation Inspector to place dustbins every 50 meters in view of the Swachh Survey.

During the campaign, Additional Municipal Commissioner Mahavir Prasad instructed the cleanliness team to remove the illegal hoardings installed at IFFCO Chowk and also remove the carts encroaching on the roadside so that the general public does not face any problem in movement.

Along with this, Mahavir Prasad informed the local shopkeepers about the correct methods of waste management and made them aware not to use single-use plastic. He also described the participation of citizens as very important in maintaining cleanliness.

Such campaigns being run by the Municipal Corporation are increasing the awareness of cleanliness among the citizens and this is a laudable step towards making Gurugram clean and beautiful.

Municipal Corporation Gurugram councilor Anoop, young BJP leader Anil Yadav, Municipal Corporation Gurugram taxation officer Rajesh Yadav, senior sanitation inspector Aman Kumar, sanitation experts of Municipal Corporation Gurugram, SSF team of Municipal Corporation Gurugram and Swachhata Sainiks of Municipal Corporation Gurugram played an important role in making the campaign successful.
