Gurugram, 27 September : To script a new narrative of good governance, we must understand and adopt a street SMART (simple, moral, action-oriented, responsive, and transparent) model of good governance with ethics and well-defined Public-Private –Partnership (PPP) model, believes Prof. M. M. Goel, Former Vice-Chancellor known as Propounder Needonomics School of Thought superannuated from Kurukshetra University. He was speaking at the Special Foundation Course 98 for IPS, IFS, IRS, IAS & Allied Services organized by the Haryana Institute of Public Administration (HIPA) today. His topic was “Street SMART model of Good Governance and Ethics ”.
