ADC Sonu Bhatt Hears 11 Complaints, Directs Officials to Resolve Issues Within Stipulated Time
Gurugram : With the objective of ensuring the prompt and time-bound resolution of public grievances, the district administration is conducting Samadhan Camps every Monday and Thursday across Gurugram. Held under the guidance of Deputy Commissioner Uttam Singh, the camps provide citizens with a direct platform to raise their problems and seek timely solutions.
As part of the initiative, Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Sonu Bhatt heard 11 complaints at the Samadhan Camp organised at the district headquarters on Thursday. She directed officials of the concerned departments to take prompt action and ensure that all grievances are resolved within the stipulated timeframe.
ADC Sonu Bhatt instructed the officials to examine each complaint seriously and ensure its time-bound disposal.
Direct Interface Between Citizens and Administration
Bhatt said the primary objective of the Samadhan Camps is to establish direct communication between citizens and the administration, enabling people to seek resolution of their problems without having to make repeated visits to different government offices.
She said the district administration is working with commitment to ensure that the benefits of government policies and welfare schemes reach every eligible beneficiary.
Camps Held Every Monday and Thursday
The district administration conducts Samadhan Camps every Monday and Thursday from 10 am to 12 noon at the District Headquarters and all Sub-Divisional offices.
Officials from various departments remain present at these camps to hear citizens’ grievances and expedite the process of resolving them.
The ADC appealed to citizens to make maximum use of the Samadhan Camps for the resolution of their problems and complaints.
