Departments Set Up Stalls Under Seva Sankalp Abhiyan to Provide Information on Welfare Schemes and Services; 18 Women Register for Deen Dayal Lado Lakshmi Scheme
Gurugram, September 30: A Seva Setu Camp was organised at the BDPO Office in Farrukhnagar on Wednesday under the Seva Sankalp Abhiyan, providing citizens with information about various government schemes and welfare services. A total of 255 eligible beneficiaries registered for different government schemes during the camp.
Various government departments set up information and service stalls at the camp, where citizens were briefed about the eligibility criteria, application procedures, required documents and benefits available under different schemes. Eligible citizens were also provided the facility to register for the schemes on the spot.
Manish Saidpur Inspects Departmental Stalls
BJP Gurugram District General Secretary Manish Saidpur attended the camp as the chief guest. He inspected the stalls set up by different departments and took information about the schemes and services being offered to citizens.
BDPO Naresh Kumar was also present at the camp.
Information on Government Schemes Provided at Stalls
Officials and employees from various departments interacted with citizens and explained the eligibility requirements, application process, necessary documents and benefits associated with their respective schemes. Eligible applicants were assisted with on-the-spot registration and other necessary formalities.
18 Women Register Under Deen Dayal Lado Lakshmi Scheme
Special information was provided to women about the Deen Dayal Lado Lakshmi Scheme, including its eligibility criteria, application process and required documents. During the camp, 18 eligible women registered on the spot under the scheme.
The Seva Setu Camp was aimed at taking information about government schemes directly to eligible citizens and making the process of accessing benefits simpler and more convenient. Based on their requirements, visitors were guided towards relevant departmental schemes, assisted with registration and informed about the necessary procedures.
