Sealing Action Taken in Sai Kunj and Gadoli Khurd for Non-Payment of Long-Pending Dues
Gurugram : The Municipal Corporation of Gurugram (MCG) on Wednesday carried out sealing action against two properties in Zone-3 as part of its ongoing enforcement drive to recover outstanding property tax. Both properties had long-pending property tax dues.
The Zone-3 enforcement team sealed a property located in Sai Kunj, against which property tax amounting to ₹19,29,281 was outstanding.
Similarly, sealing action was taken against a property in Gadoli Khurd, where ₹20,37,606 in property tax remained unpaid.
With these two actions, properties linked to a total outstanding property tax amount of ₹39,66,887 were sealed on Wednesday.
MCG Intensifies Monitoring and Recovery Drive
The Municipal Corporation is continuing its monitoring and enforcement measures to recover pending property tax dues. The civic body said the objective is to ensure recovery of the prescribed tax from defaulters while encouraging property owners to pay their property tax on time.
The MCG has appealed to property owners to check their property tax status and clear any outstanding dues within the stipulated time to avoid enforcement action.
