Gurugram : Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini will chair the monthly meeting of the District Public Relations and Grievance Redressal Committee in Gurugram on Friday, August 21.
The meeting will focus on various public grievances and complaints concerning residents of the district. The Chief Minister and officials will review the issues in detail and issue necessary directions to the concerned departments for their resolution.
According to a government spokesperson, the meeting will be held at the Freedom Fighters District Council Hall (John Hall), Civil Lines, Gurugram. Senior officials of the district administration and representatives of various government departments will attend the meeting.
The spokesperson said the committee has been constituted to ensure the effective and time-bound resolution of public grievances. During the meeting, officials will review the status of complaints received from citizens, the action taken so far and progress in resolving pending cases.
The meeting is expected to provide a platform for direct monitoring of public grievances and greater accountability among departments in addressing issues faced by residents.
