New Delhi /Vienna : An evening of reflection, dialogue, and spiritual exchange was organised in Vienna as part of the European tour of Sister Shivani from Brahma Kumaris, focusing on the role of inner discipline, emotional well-being, and self-awareness in building a more peaceful society.
Indian Ambassador to Austria Shambhu Kumaran and Mrs. Amrita Singh Kumaran participated in the event. Addressing the gathering, Ambassador Kumaran highlighted India’s rich civilizational and spiritual heritage and its growing resonance in Austria as an important dimension of bilateral relations.
He also acknowledged the meaningful contributions of Brahma Kumaris through its chapters in Vienna and Graz in promoting values of positivity, mindfulness, and holistic well-being.
The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from members of the Austrian community as well as the Indian diaspora, bringing together people from diverse backgrounds to discuss themes including emotional balance, self-realisation, and positive living.
The programme highlighted the enduring global relevance of India’s spiritual traditions and their role in promoting harmony, compassion, and peace.
