Union Minister Piyush Goyal Holds Talks With Greek Development Minister to Boost Trade and Investment

New Delhi : Union Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal held discussions with Takis Theodorikakos, Greece’s Minister of Development, to further strengthen economic cooperation between India and Greece.

Following the meeting, Goyal described the discussions as productive, saying both leaders explored ways to enhance the bilateral economic partnership through increased trade, investment, industrial collaboration and the development of resilient supply chains.

The two ministers also deliberated on expanding cooperation in key sectors, including manufacturing, start-ups and emerging technologies, with the aim of fostering innovation and creating new opportunities for businesses in both countries.

According to Goyal, the discussions reflected the shared commitment of India and Greece to deepen economic engagement and promote sustainable growth for the mutual benefit and prosperity of the two nations.
