-Additional Municipal Commissioner Dr. Jaiveer Yadav Directs Timely Completion of Tax-Related Works
Gurugram : Additional Municipal Commissioner of the Municipal Corporation Gurugram, Dr. Jaiveer Yadav, held a review meeting with officers and employees of the Zone-3 Tax Branch to assess the progress of tax-related works and revenue collection activities.
During the meeting, Dr. Yadav emphasized the need for completing all tax-related tasks in a timely, transparent, and efficient manner. He directed officials to strictly follow prescribed rules and procedures while carrying out their responsibilities.
Stressing that citizen service remains the Corporation’s top priority, he instructed officials to ensure that no citizen faces unnecessary inconvenience or harassment. He also directed employees to address public grievances with sensitivity and promptness.
The Additional Municipal Commissioner reviewed pending cases and instructed officials to expedite their disposal. He further emphasized the importance of maintaining updated tax records and regularly monitoring ongoing work to improve efficiency and accountability within the department.
Dr. Jaiveer Yadav stated that all tasks must be completed within stipulated timelines and revenue collection targets should be achieved through effective planning and execution. He urged officers and employees to work with dedication, discipline, teamwork, and a strong sense of public responsibility.
He also reiterated that integrity and accountability in official work are essential to ensure timely and better services for citizens.
