New Delhi : Benjamin Netanyahu has said that Israel will continue its military operations against Hezbollah with “force, precision, and determination,” amid ongoing hostilities in the region.
In a statement, Netanyahu claimed that Israeli forces carried out a targeted strike in Beirut, eliminating Ali Yusuf Harshi, described as a close associate and private secretary to Hezbollah chief Naim Qassem.
He further stated that overnight operations by the Israel Defense Forces targeted multiple sites in southern Lebanon, including weapons transfer routes, rocket systems, launchers, storage facilities, and command centres.
The remarks signal a continuation of Israel’s offensive posture against Hezbollah, even as tensions remain high and ceasefire efforts in the broader region face uncertainty.
