HIPA Gurugram Joins Swachhta Utsav 2025 Cleanliness Drive

Gurugram : The Haryana Institute of Public Administration (HIPA), Gurugram, actively participated in the nationwide Swachhta Utsav (Swachhata Hi Seva – 2025) campaign here today, reaffirming its commitment to the Swachh Bharat Mission.

As part of the initiative launched by the Government of India and Haryana on September 17, HIPA organized a special cleanliness drive on its campus and surrounding areas. Officers, faculty members, staff, and trainees enthusiastically contributed through voluntary shramdaan.

The campaign focused on cleaning, beautifying, and transforming the selected areas, ensuring visible improvements. The Municipal Corporation of Gurugram (MCG) also extended its support, further strengthening the collective effort for a cleaner and greener city.

On this occasion, Sh. Manoj Yadava, Director General, HIPA, led from the front and actively participated in the drive, inspiring staff and trainees to adopt cleanliness as a way of life. He emphasized that cleanliness should not remain a one-day activity but become a continuous effort towards a healthier society. His address motivated participants to treat the campaign as a long-term mission.

Prominent faculty and officials including Dr. Neeraja Malik, Rekha Dahiya, Jitender Kumar, Jyoti Nagpal, along with all HIPA staff, also joined the event with great enthusiasm.

The initiative not only highlighted HIPA’s commitment to environmental cleanliness but also reinforced its role as an institution “leading by example” for the community.
