Gurugram : Municipal Corporation Gurugram has taken an innovative and environment friendly initiative to deal with the problem of groundwater crisis and urban waterlogging. With the aim of conserving rainwater, reducing waterlogging and replenishing the falling groundwater level, the Municipal Corporation has proposed a modular rainwater harvesting system. This system is not only known for easy installation, but it is also extremely suitable for urban areas, parks, green belts and waterlogging affected areas due to its compact size.

Key features of the system :

The modular rain water harvesting system proposed by the Municipal Corporation mainly includes that it will help in collecting and recharging rainwater, thereby providing relief to the citizens from waterlogging. The system is eco-friendly and space-saving and can be quickly installed in parks, green belts and other public spaces.
