RAXAUL(BIHAR): Shamsul Hoda -a terror suspect and master mind behind Kanpur rail track sabotage on Wednesday admitted that he has Pakistan connection and it was his Pakistani boss , who asked him to undertake subversive acts in India.
During interrogation, Hoda admitted before Nepal police that he has hired Indian criminals on the instigation of one Safi Sheikh in Karachi to undertake sabotage on the tracks of India railway. In a written communiqué issued by Bara police and police headquarter Hethoda in Nepal admitted that Nepali soil has turned to be a play ground of anti-India elements at the behest of foreign nationals to undertake subversive against India with the help of some Nepali
citizens.
SP of Bara district in Nepal Narendra Prasad Upreti said that both Indian people Deepak Ram and Arun Ram were eliminated on the instruction of Hoda as the the IED they planted on railway track near Ghorasahan in East Champaran did not go off. Upreti said that Hoda has admitted that he managed his associate Braj Kishore Giri to hire India criminals to plant bombs and train them for sabotage on track. Brajkishor, a resident of Bhawanipur under Kalaiya district is close to Hoda ever since he fought a parliamentary election from Bara district , which he losed by the margin of 63 votes.
Brajkishor is fond of making a Bhojpuri film and very much eager to make money. Hoda remitted Rs 8 lacks to Giri from his account in Dubai and told him to under take sabotage and after success he will send Rs 3 crore for his proposed film, Hoda assured Giri. Brajkishor hired Moti paswan and Gajendra Sharama to execute the Task of his foreign boss. As Ganjendra was a Bhojpuri singers ,he also wants to make movies became ready to do that . Four people including Brajkishor Giri, Muzahir Ansari, Motilal Paswan boarded a passenger train and executed the orders removing pins and opening bolts of tracks in Kanpur Dehat.
Upreti said that Hoda had gone in Mallesia in 2001 in search of jobs from where he moved various countries. He shifted Dubai as NRI and came in to contacts with Pakistani national and other Islamic outfits being lured with money. Notably, Hoda was deported by Dubai government after Nepali officials and Indian embassy in Kathmadu raised the issues in 23rd Interpol Asian regional conference held in Kathmadu on January 18 to 20. After
conference Interpol examined the activities of Shamsul in Dubai and requested the government to deport him.
The matter was raised in the conference after Moti Paswan arrested along with Umashanker Patel and Mukesh Yadav from bordering area of Raxaul admitted before Motihari police that he was involved in Kanpur rail
derailments, which killed 148 passengers . Motihari police arrested all three after the confession of three others arrested in Nepal in connection with twin murder case.
Hoda , who was handed over to Bara police in twin murder case after he was arrested from Tribhuwan air port in Kathmandu. SP said Hoda is wanted after his name cropped up during interrogation of Nepali citizens including Braj Kishor Giri , son of Rampukar Giri 27, native of Bhawanipur , Umesh Kumar Kurmi 23, son of Rambhajan Kurmi,
native of ward 4 of Kalaiya, Ashish Singh 24, son of Ragunath Prasad Singh, native of ward 4 and Muzahir Ansari 35, son of Latif Mia all from Bara district of Nepal arrested on charge of killing two Indians native of bordering village of India, who failed to blow the IED planted on track in east Champara.
He said Hoda arrested with the help of Interpol after Dubai government deported him following the SOS of Interpol and a communiqués of Himalyan government to Dubai government to extradite Hoda , most sought after Nepali citizens and NRI of Dubai, he said adding he is involved in various criminal’ activities occurred either side of border and train sabotage in India.
As NIA is already investigating this case , some of its officials have crossed the border unofficially with the help of their Nepali counterpart to interrogate Hoda, It is pertinent to mention here that Nepal has no extradition treaty with India yet.
