MOTIHARI: The first ever gathering of national journalists what is dubbed as ‘Patrakaro Ka Mahakumbh’ is going to be organized in Motihari, crux of ongoing Champaran satyagrah centenary function on Jully 8 and 9.
Over two hundred journalists including Sudhir Chawdhary, Ravish Kumar,Puyaprasun Bajpayee,Santosh Bhartiye,Arbind Mohan,Arnav Goswami,Ajit Anjoom from across the country are going to gather in Motihari to assimilate the Gandhian philosophies through a national symposium on the subjects of “world peace and Gandhi” .
The function organized by Champaran Press club is aimed at to focus the key issues related with Gandhi’s Karmabhumi Champaran from where he embarked on his first disobedience movement against Biritish Empire and won the tag of being Mahatma.
“Journalists to attend the function have to delve deep in to the significance of Gandhian ideologies in the perspective ongoing arms –race on the globe. They will suggest way how to restore peace on the planet amidst hydro and nuclear test by nations”,Pandey said.
In a meeting chaired by Chandrabhushan Pandey at club’s office in Belbanwa, journalists fraternity for three different committee to make this occasion grand success.
The meeting was joined by RN Sinha, Ojair Anjum,Gyaneshwar Gautam,Rakesh Ojha,Sudhist Thakur,Alok Kumar,Brajesh Kumar Jha, Ritesh Verma,Anand Prakash,SK Pankaj,Prasant ,Madnakar,Kailash Gupta,Pankaj Kumar,Gaurav Kumar, Amit Kumar and Diwaker Kumar.
Along with Bihar CM Nitish Kumar , many top political faces have been planned to invite in this first ever journalists gathering in Motihari.
