Officials directed to ensure time-bound resolution of complaints
Gurugram, October 5: With the objective of ensuring prompt resolution of public grievances and problems, the District Administration is organising Samadhan Camps every Monday and Thursday. These camps provide citizens with a platform to raise their concerns directly before the administration and facilitate their time-bound resolution.
As part of this initiative, CTM Jyoti Nagpal heard seven complaints at the Samadhan Camp organised at the District Headquarters on Monday. She directed the concerned departmental officials to ensure that all complaints are resolved within the stipulated time frame.
CTM Jyoti Nagpal said the objective of the Samadhan Camps is to establish direct communication between the public and the administration, so that citizens do not have to visit multiple government offices to get their grievances addressed. She directed officials to take every complaint seriously, initiate necessary action as per rules and ensure that the complainant is informed about the status and resolution of the grievance.
She further directed officials to regularly monitor complaints received during the Samadhan Camps and ensure that the concerned departments update the status of action taken from time to time. Officials were also instructed to work in close coordination and ensure the timely resolution of pending grievances.
The District Administration organises Samadhan Camps every Monday and Thursday from 10 AM to 12 noon at the District Headquarters and all Sub-Divisional offices. Officials from various departments remain present at these camps to hear public grievances and facilitate their resolution.
