Coimbatore : Vice President C. P. Radhakrishnan was accorded a warm welcome upon his arrival at Coimbatore International Airport on Saturday.
Governor of Tamil Nadu Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar, Tamil Nadu Minister for Backward Classes, Most Backward Classes and Denotified Communities Welfare V. Sampath Kumar, and other dignitaries received the Vice President at the airport.
During his visit, Vice President Radhakrishnan will attend the Founder’s Day celebration of the Kongu Vellalar Institute of Technology Trust (KVITT) at Kongu Engineering College in Erode.
The event is expected to bring together representatives of the institution, students, faculty members and other distinguished guests.
