Addressing the officer trainees, President Murmu highlighted the rapid changes taking place in the fields of technology, media, economics and public policy. She urged the young officers to remain adaptable and responsive to the evolving demands of public service.
The President advised the officers to be judicious in their decisions, compassionate in their conduct and unwavering in upholding integrity.
She also underlined that the authority entrusted to civil servants comes with a profound responsibility to serve the people with fairness, humility and dedication.
