New Delhi : Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini on Monday alleged that the Aam Aadmi Party government in Punjab has lost credibility, stating that its claims of honesty have been exposed. Speaking to mediapersons after inaugurating an agriculture fair in Hisar, he said that people in Punjab are becoming increasingly disillusioned due to unfulfilled promises and allegations of corruption.

He added that many people in Punjab are now citing Haryana as an example of a development-oriented state, highlighting that the Haryana government has implemented several welfare initiatives for farmers, traders, women, and youth. According to him, the benefits of these policies are directly reaching the common people, helping the state move steadily on the path of progress.

The Chief Minister also mentioned that the state government has recently introduced a policy aimed at providing relief to traders, which has helped reduce unnecessary litigation and improve the business environment. Referring to the double-engine government at the Centre and in the state, he said it remains fully committed to public welfare, contributing to Haryana’s rapid development.

Responding to a query on new registration rules in the crop procurement process, Saini clarified that officials have already been directed to simplify the procedures to ensure that farmers do not face any inconvenience.
