Delhi CM Rekha Gupta Joins Shaheed Bhagat Singh College’s Diamond Jubilee Celebrations

New Delhi: Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta participated in the Diamond Jubilee celebrations of Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, congratulating the institution on completing 60 years of academic excellence and recognising its contribution to nurturing generations of students with a strong spirit of “Nation First.”

Addressing the gathering, the Chief Minister lauded the college for its longstanding commitment to quality education, character building and nation-building. She said institutions such as Shaheed Bhagat Singh College have played a significant role in shaping responsible and capable young citizens over the past six decades.

Rekha Gupta highlighted that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, India is building a future-ready education ecosystem aimed at equipping students with the skills and knowledge required to meet emerging global challenges. She said educational institutions like Shaheed Bhagat Singh College are instrumental in preparing the next generation of leaders who will contribute to the country’s journey towards becoming a Viksit Bharat.

The Diamond Jubilee celebration marked the college’s six-decade legacy of academic achievement, innovation and dedication to fostering excellence while inspiring students to contribute meaningfully to the nation’s development.
