– Foot inspection of Birthday Park and surrounding areas, instructions given to keep cleanliness and gardening system in order, suggestions taken from citizens
Gurugram : Under Haryana City Cleanliness Campaign, special efforts are being made by Municipal Corporation Gurugram to make the city clean and better. In this sequence, Municipal Commissioner Pradeep Dahiya and Additional Municipal Commissioner Ravindra Yadav are visiting different wards every day and directly communicating with citizens, councilors and RWA representatives at the local level.
On Tuesday morning, Municipal Commissioner and Additional Municipal Commissioner reached Ward No. 3. Here he inspected Birthday Park and surrounding areas on foot along with Ward Councilor Rakesh Yadav, RWA representatives and local residents. During this, the Municipal Commissioner discussed in detail with the citizens about cleanliness, drainage, gardening and other basic facilities and listened to their suggestions seriously.
During the inspection, the Municipal Commissioner gave necessary instructions to the departmental officers present on the spot. He directed Junior Engineer Gulshan Yadav of Horticulture Branch to speed up the works related to maintenance and beautification of Birthday Park. At the same time, Senior Sanitation Inspector Harsh Chawla was ordered to maintain cleanliness in the area regularly and ensure lifting of garbage from the Garbage Vulnerable Point early in the morning.
Corporation Commissioner Pradeep Dahiya said that the objective of the Municipal Corporation is not limited only to the cleanliness system, but also to provide a better and convenient environment to the citizens. He said that clear instructions have been given to the officials that any problem should be resolved immediately and on the spot so that the citizens do not have to face inconvenience. He also appealed to the residents of the area to cooperate shoulder to shoulder with the corporation in the cleanliness campaign and contribute in making their ward not only clean but also beautiful and green.
