DC Ajay Kumar Directs Officials to Remove Illegal Encroachment and Prevent it in Future

-Strictness against illegal encroachments on Gram Panchayat land

Gurugram : DC Ajay Kumar clarified that illegal encroachment on the land of Gram Panchayats will not be acceptable under any circumstances. In a meeting held in the conference hall at the Mini Secretariat, he directed the Block Development and Panchayat Officers and Sub-Divisional Officers to resolve the pending cases quickly, make concrete arrangements to prevent new encroachments in future and make administrative work more transparent and effective.

The DC directed all the Sub-Divisional Officers to settle the cases related to illegal encroachments pending in their courts as per the rules. In cases where eviction orders have been issued and there is no stay order, the Gram Panchayats were asked to ensure that the land is given to them. Also, all BDPOs have been instructed to ensure that there is no new illegal encroachment on the land of the Gram Panchayat and the Sarpanches should be made accountable for this.

Along with this, he has given necessary instructions to all the Block Development and Panchayat Officers and Sub-Divisional Officers regarding the Utilization Certificate of Voluntary Grant. In compliance with the CM announcement, necessary corrective instructions have been given to all the concerned officers to ensure that there is no error in all the cases sent to the government.

Apart from this, the officers were also directed to ensure data feeding of cases under Section 7 and Section 13A of HVCL on the software application.

Badshahpur SDM Sanjeev Singla, Pataudi SDM Dinesh Luhach, Manesar SDM Darshan Yadav, Sohna SDM Akhilesh, DDPO Navneet Kaur and BDPO Naresh Kumar along with other officers and employees were also present in the meeting.
