– Municipal Commissioner inspected the city on Monday, took stock of the cleanliness system

Gurugram : Cleanliness and garbage management are at the top of the priority list of Municipal Corporation Gurugram. The teams of the corporation are continuously working with full commitment towards this goal. Municipal Commissioner Pradeep Dahiya, Additional Municipal Commissioner Ravindra Yadav and all the Joint Commissioners are regularly visiting their respective zones and inspecting the cleanliness system.
In this connection, on Monday, Municipal Commissioner Pradeep Dahiya visited various areas of the city from 8 am to 12.30 pm. Along with taking stock of the cleanliness system, he also boosted the morale of the sanitation workers.
The tour started from the secondary garbage collection point located at Khandsa, where dignitaries of the area including Municipal Councilor Avneesh Raghav were present. Citizens raised problems related to sewerage, cleanliness and encroachment before the Municipal Commissioner. On this, Mr. Dahiya gave clear instructions to the officers present on the spot to solve the problems within the stipulated time frame. He also instructed to develop Khandsa secondary garbage collection point in a better way and complete the construction work of the adjoining road soon.
After this, the Municipal Commissioner reached Shyam Chowk, Dhankot, where a special cleanliness campaign was being run under the leadership of Joint Commissioner Mr. Vishal Kumar. Mr. Dahiya encouraged the cleanliness teams by actively participating in the campaign. During the tour, the Municipal Commissioner also inspected Daulatabad, Dharampur, Babupur, Dhanwapur, Tulip Chowk and Badshahpur areas. He ordered the officers to ensure regular garbage lifting from various secondary garbage collection points and develop them in a modern and systematic manner.
Municipal Commissioner Pradeep Dahiya said that the corporation is working with full seriousness and responsibility to make Gurugram clean, organized and citizen-friendly. He also appealed to the citizens to actively cooperate in the cleanliness mission and contribute in maintaining cleanliness around them.
