- District Magistrate issued orders under Section 163
Gurugram : District Magistrate and DC Ajay Kumar has imposed a complete ban on the storage, sale, purchase and use of Chinese Manjha and nylon/synthetic Manjha in the district under Section 163 of the Indian Civil Defense Code 2023. It has been clarified in the order that there is a possibility of loss of life, accidents and disturbance of public peace due to Chinese Manjha or any type of synthetic nylon Manjha being used during kite flying in the district, keeping this in mind, these restrictions have been imposed. According to the orders, legal action will be taken against those who violate these orders under Section 223 of the Indian Justice Code 2023. The district administration has appealed to the general public to fully comply with this order and not to buy, sell or use any type of Chinese Manjha.
