Gurugram : In the ongoing admission process for the session 2025-26 (one year) and 2025-27 (two year) trades in the entire Haryana including the Government Industrial Training Institute (ITI) Gurugram, candidates have been provided another important opportunity. The fourth phase of admission process in ITI will run till August 8. In this phase, the candidates who have been allotted seats should go to the concerned institute in time and ensure their admission.
In the process of the fifth “on the spot” round, the list of vacant seats of all ITI institutes across the state will be shown on the portal on August 11. From this day onwards, those new applicants, who had not filled the online admission form earlier, will now be able to fill the online form. Rank / merit cards will be generated for on the spot admissions from August 12 to August 22. From 12th to 14th August and 18th to 22nd August, all those candidates who had applied till 27th June but could not get admission in the previous four phases, and new applicants, should visit their respective institutes and present their original documents and submit their merit/rank card. Document verification will be done while allotting seats on the basis of merit at the institute level and admission will be valid only after depositing the fees online.
The Principal of the institute Ravindra Kumar informed that this decision has been taken by the department keeping in mind the convenience of the students, so that no interested candidate is deprived of the admission process. He has requested all the eligible and interested students to fill the online form by visiting the portal before 11th August and download the merit card and appear at the institute on time to ensure their admission.
