New Delhi : After 5 days disruptions of the monsoon session i the Lok Sabha is now set to have an important debate on ‘Operation Sindoor’ and the Pahalgam terror attack on Monday. It is expected that this heated discussion in the monsoon session will focus on national security and foreign policy issues as well US President Trump’s statements India -Pakostan ceasefire . Ahead of the discussion on Operation Sindoor, the opposition has protested against the Special Intensive Revision of Voter List in Bihar.
Congress MP and Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi joined the opposition’s protest in Parliament against the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of voter list in Bihar.
It is indicated that Defense Minister Rajnath Singh will initiate a discussion on Operation Sindoor, India’s military action in response to the Pahalgam terror attack in the Lok Sabha today. This will be an important 16-hour debate, which will also be attended by Home Minister Amit Shah and External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar. They will put forth the government’s side on the wider implications of the Pahalgam attack and Operation Sindoor.
Prominent BJP MPs, including Anurag Thakur and Nishikant Dubey, will also participate in the debate.
