-Exam to be held on 26th and 27th July
Gurugram :Haryana Government is making foolproof arrangements to ensure the convenience and smooth examination system of the candidates of CET Group-C exam, so that no candidate faces any inconvenience in reaching the examination center. In this regard, the government has entrusted the special responsibility to the Transport Department to provide free bus facility to the candidates from all the districts to the examination centers.
Giving information, Bharat Bhushan Gogia, General Manager, Haryana State Transport Department, Gurugram, said that the government has scheduled the written examination for CET Group-C in all the districts of the state including Gurugram on 26th and 27th July. For this examination, the responsibility of bringing the candidates from the nearest district level bus stand to the examination center and bringing them back has been entrusted to the Transport Department.
The General Manager said that the arrangement for bringing the candidates from the district level bus stand to the examination centers and back will be made by the concerned Transport Department. Haryana State Transport will provide free transport facility to the candidates to take them to the examination center and back. Also, a family member will also be given free travel facility as an assistant along with the female candidates.
He informed that the time for the morning session of the examination has been fixed from 10:00 am to 11:45 am and for the evening session from 15:00 pm to 16:45 pm. State Transport will make arrangements to take the candidates to the nearest bus stations of the examination centers by 07:30 am for the morning session and by 12:30 pm for the evening session.
Apart from this, free shuttle bus service will also be operated to the nearest points of the examination centers. Ordinary buses will be used daily for this entire arrangement.
He further informed that the candidates can book seats in advance by filling their personal information by visiting the link provided by the Transport Department https://hartrans.gov.in/advance-booking-for-cet-2025/.
He also informed the general public that on 26th and 27th July, due to the CET examination, a large number of buses will be deployed for examination duty, due to which transport facilities for general passengers will be limited. Therefore, on these two days, citizens are appealed to travel only for special or very important works.
