Second opportunity to get admission in ITI, admission portal will open again from today
Disadvantaged candidates will be able to apply and make amendments on 9th and 10th July
Gurugram : The first phase of the ongoing admission process for the session 2025-26/27 at the Government Industrial Training Institute, Sohna was successfully concluded on 8th July. In this phase, a total of 80 candidates took the first step towards technical education by taking admission in various trades.
Giving information, a government spokesperson said that this year also Electrician and Copa remained the first choice of the students in the institute. Apart from this, students also showed active interest in trades like Fitter, Welder, Health Sanitary Inspector, Steno (Hindi and English), Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, and Draftsman Civil.
Talking about the admissions in major trades in the first phase, 08 in COPA (NCVT), 07 in COPA (SCVT), 12 in Electrician (NCVT), 05 in Electrician (SCVT), 06 in Fitter (NCVT), 01 in Fitter Dual, 11 in Welder, 05 in Health Sanitary Inspector, 05 in Steno Hindi, 04 in Steno English, 04 in Draftsman Civil, 01 in Draftsman Mechanical, 05 in Machinist Dual, 03 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning and 03 in Plumber, thus admissions were completed on a total of 80 seats in the first phase.
He told that for the candidates who could not get admission in the first phase, the facility of filling and modifying the trade has been made available on the admission portal on 09 and 10 July. After this, the process of seat allocation and physical verification of documents will be started from July 11.
