Kolkata : BJP Fact Finding Committee under the chairmanship of BJP leader Biplab Kumar Deb reached Kolkata. Hundreds of people were waiting at Kolkata airport and interacted with him. Some BJP leaders are also included in the committee.
BJP’s four-member fact finding committee has reached Kolkata to know the facts of alleged gang rape case of a student in a prestigious law college of Kolkata.
The BJP leaders included in this committee will meet the victim regarding the rape case. The committee will talk on various aspects.
The committee includes former Tripura Chief Minister and Lok Sabha MP Biplab Kumar Deb, former Union Minister and former police officer Satpal Singh, former Union Minister Meenakshi Lekhi and Rajya Sabha MP Manan Kumar Mishra.
BJP President JP Nadda has formed a four-member committee to investigate the Kolkata Law College gang rape.
This team is on a tour of Bengal to investigate the matter and present its findings.
