NTA-NEET Exam on Sunday : 6672 Candidates will Appear at 18 Examination Centers of the District

– District administration is on alert to conduct the examination peacefully, fairly and transparently

Gurugram : The district administration is fully alert to conduct the NTA-NEET exam 2025 to be held on Sunday in Gurugram district peacefully, fairly and transparently.

DC Ajay Kumar said that 18 examination centers have been set up in the district for the NEET exam, in which 6672 candidates will appear for the exam. He said that training has been given to the center superintendents and inspectors to conduct the NEET exam transparently and successfully. Also, necessary arrangements have been completed as per the guidelines issued by NTA. DC informed that in view of the examination in the district, strong security arrangements have been made and proper arrangements have also been made for the availability of essential facilities for the candidates like electricity, drinking water, toilets, first aid and other basic facilities. He informed that CCTV and jammer systems have also been installed at all the examination centers so that every activity of the examination centers can be monitored. For this, a control room has also been set up in the Mini Secretariat, in this control room the administration will keep an eye on every activity of all the examination centers.

DC has appealed to the candidates not to bring any kind of electronic device including mobile to the examination center so that there is no problem in going to the examination center. He informed that from the security point of view, adequate police force has also been deployed at all the centers so that law and order is not affected in any way.

Section 163 will be applicable on the examination centers of the district in view of NEET examination

District Magistrate Ajay Kumar has issued orders to implement Section 163 of the Indian Civil Security Code 2023 at the examination centers set up in the district on May 4 from 11 am to 6 pm on the day of examination to conduct the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) examination to be conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) New Delhi at 18 examination centers set up in the district on Sunday, May 4, in a peaceful, fair and transparent manner. In the order issued by the District Magistrate, there will be a complete ban on the free movement of unnecessary persons within a radius of 200 meters of the examination centers set up in the district. If any person is found guilty of violating these orders, he will be liable for punishment under Section 233 of the Indian Civil Security Code.
