Nagpur : Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh Sar Sangh Chalak Mohan Bhagwat said that it is important to contribute to the society according to your ability. He said that service should be done with love and not compassion. Volunteers work for others, not for themselves.
Mohan Bhagwat was addressing the foundation stone laying ceremony of the new building of Madhav Netralaya Premium Center in Nagpur. He said that the Sangh is inspired by ideas and its inspiration is not selfish. Volunteers work for others, not for themselves. This society is mine. We have to work for the society with body, mind and money. Service and charity should be done in life.
Sarsanghchalak said that more than one and a half lakh works of volunteers are done for the society. This is the inspiration, which inspires the volunteers to bear the pain. They do not want anything in return. Service is the aim of life. Service works are not done with compassion. Love for the society, giving vision to everyone in the society
RSS Chief said that self-realization in solitude and charity in public, is the life principle in our tradition. In the context of the Sangh- the volunteer devotes one hour to the Sangh branch for his own development and then uses the remaining 23 hours for the betterment of the society.
PM Narendra Modi is on a visit to Nagpur today . During this, he also visited the headquarters of the Sangh, where he paid tribute to Dr. Hedgewar and Guru Golwalkar . The PM laid the foundation stone of the new building of Madhav Netralaya Premium Center in Nagpur. Sarsanghchalak Mohan Bhagwat also attended the same program, where he said these things about the Sangh.
