DC Ajay Kumar inspected SDM office Sohna and other departmental offices

– Departmental officers should ensure that people get the benefit of services within the stipulated time frame while working with transparency and honesty : DC

Gurugram, March 21 : On Friday, DC Ajay Kumar inspected various departments including SDM office in sub-division Sohna and checked the records. During this, he took detailed information about the functioning of the office from SDM Sanjeev Kumar. DC Ajay Kumar also inspected SDM office, Saral Kendra, Market Committee, Women and Child Development Officer office, Sub Treasury office, BDPO office, Tehsil office.

 

The DC said that the work of the common people coming to the office should be done on time so that the common people do not have to face any kind of problem. The objective of the government is that the common people get the benefit of the government schemes on time. He said that providing the benefit of the government schemes as soon as possible is an important and first goal of the officers and employees. He gave clear instructions that all the officers and employees should do their work with full devotion, transparency and honesty and ensure that people get the benefit of services within the stipulated time frame. While giving instructions regarding the observance of timelines and quality parameters of the services related to the office, he said that negligence should not be done at any level and no citizen should be allowed to face any problem. If any complaint against any officer or employee comes to light, action will be taken as per rules.

 

The DC said that the records should be arranged in an organized manner so that the goods can be easily taken out when required. The DC also inquired about the procedure for redressing the grievances of the general public. He instructed the officers of the concerned departments to keep the records of the offices updated. While observing the records, he instructed the concerned officers and employees to mark the relevant year on the cover of the registers as well as make an index so that it is easy to see the records.

 

On this occasion, ACP Jitendra, DDPO Navneet Kaur, BDPO Rajpal Mor, Naib Tehsildar Suresh, WCDPO Munish Kumari, ATO Sonia Sorot and other departmental officers were present.
