26 STUDENTS of LPS on EDUCATIONAL TRIP TO NATIONAL BRAIN RESEARCH CENTRE MANESAR
GURUGRAM : Lions Public School took its 26 Students accompanied by Principal Ms Renu Verma & Biology Teacher Ms Aruna Behl to ‘National Brain Research Centre Manesar’. The trip gave the children an insight into the parts of human brain, neurons, nervous system & co-ordination of all other systems in our body.
The students witnessed real human brain and some of the micro organisms through stereo microscope whose neurons are being studied and research in this field is in progress at the centre. It had been a great first hand learning experience for the students. It also ignited the curiosity of the learners in the field of neurosciences.
MRI scanning machine and how imaging of the brain takes place was also shown to the students. The experts explained the whole concept in an interesting manner. Overall a fulfilling experience for students & teachers as well.
