GURUGRAM : Lions Public School organized a Theater Workshop for teachers. The aim of the workshop was to sharpen the skills of teachers in imparting theatre / drama related knowledge among the students.
The resource person Mr. Gaurav Kumar who is a theater artist and an actor runs a theater group in Mumbai. He has also acted in various short films and in theater. He was aware of the knowhow of stage and the techniques to follow while on stage. He delivered all his points enthusiastically. The workshop was thoroughly enjoyed by all the teachers. H e also conducted many activities by dividing the teachers into small groups.
Teachers also enacted a small drama on the spot, which was likes by the resource person as well. He mused and said that they were all born actors. The experience was cherished by everyone and Sr. Principal Dr. Neelima Prakash Ma’am thanked him for sparing his time at our convenience.
Vice Principal Ms. Indu Kaushik was part of the small enactment which was heartily enjoyed by all.
