New Delhi/Birmingham: India’s High Commissioner to the United Kingdom, P. Kumaran, participated in a series of engagements on the sidelines of the Conservative Party Conference in Birmingham earlier this week, focusing on strengthening India–UK relations and enhancing dialogue with British political and diplomatic stakeholders.
As part of these engagements, High Commissioner Kumaran attended a dinner reception co-hosted with Conservative Friends of India. He also joined a diplomatic reception hosted by The Rt Hon Priti Patel MP.
The interactions provided valuable opportunities to deepen engagement with key political and diplomatic stakeholders in the UK and reinforce the strong people-to-people connections and institutional ties that underpin the India–UK partnership.
These engagements reflect the importance of sustained dialogue and cooperation in further strengthening bilateral relations between India and the United Kingdom.
