New Delhi : Defence cooperation between India and Armenia received a boost as a five-member delegation of the Armenian Armed Forces, led by Major General Alexander Tsakanyan, visited an Indian Air Force station under the Western Air Command.
During the visit, the Armenian delegation undertook a guided tour of the station’s operational and maintenance facilities, gaining an insight into the Indian Air Force’s operational practices and support infrastructure.
The engagement provided an opportunity for both sides to enhance military-to-military cooperation, promote mutual understanding and facilitate knowledge sharing and exchange of operational experience.
The visit also contributed to strengthening operational interoperability between the two armed forces and reaffirmed the enduring defence partnership between India and Armenia.
