Government of India Launches 88th Edition of Know India Programme (KIP)

New Delhi : Applications have been invited for the 88th edition of the Know India Programme (KIP), an initiative of the Government of India aimed at engaging youth of the Indian diaspora with the country’s culture, heritage, and contemporary development journey.

The programme, titled #88KIP, is open to Persons of Indian Origin (PIOs), Overseas Citizens of India (OCI), and Non-Resident Indian (NRI) youth between the ages of 24 and 28 years.

Organised under the aegis of the Ministry of External Affairs, the programme will be held from 16 to 29 August 2026. The last date for submitting applications is 16 July 2026.

Interested candidates residing in Saudi Arabia may apply by emailing their applications to cw.riyadh@mea.gov.in.

The Know India Programme is designed to provide young members of the Indian diaspora an opportunity to experience India firsthand through interactions, institutional visits, cultural exposure, and engagement with various sectors of governance and development.
