Kolkata : Suvendu Adhikari today held a high-level administrative review meeting at Nabanna with senior officials of the state administration and police to review the prevailing law and order situation and assess the overall administrative preparedness across West Bengal. The meeting was attended by Chief Secretary Dushyant Nariala , Home Secretary Sanghamitra Ghosh , Director General of Police Sidh Nath Gupta , and Kolkata Police Commissioner Ajay Nand.
During the meeting, detailed discussions were held on key administrative priorities, public safety measures, maintenance of law and order, and the effective coordination between various government departments and law enforcement agencies. Emphasis was laid on strengthening governance mechanisms, ensuring prompt administrative response, and maintaining peace and stability across the state. The leadership also reviewed ongoing measures aimed at safeguarding the interests and well-being of citizens while ensuring efficient delivery of public services.
